Learn Self-Care for Neck, Shoulder, forearm & hand
This class is specifically designed for musicians that are experiencing neck, shoulder, forearm an/or hand pain from repetitive use. A combination of self-guided muscle compressions to release myofascial trigger points, followed by therapeutic yoga stretches are designed to teach the individual how to treat and care for overuse & muscular dysfunction.
